Begin through your customer account when available. If you checked out as a guest, contact the Vulcinity team and include your order number and the item you want to return.
BEFORE SHIPPING
Wait for the correct instructions.
Do not send a return without identifying the order. Package the product securely and retain the return tracking information until processing is complete.
