Ordering from Vulcinity
Are Vulcinity products authentic?
Yes. We sell genuine merchandise sourced directly from brands or established distributors. We do not sell replicas or counterfeit products.
Is inventory actually in stock?
Products shown as available are normally held in our Arizona warehouse. We do not use unknown third-party dropshippers to fulfill ordinary orders.
What payment methods do you accept?
Available options are displayed securely during Shopify checkout and may include major cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay and other supported methods.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as quickly as possible. We process orders rapidly and cannot guarantee a change after fulfillment has started.

Where do orders ship from?
Orders are packed and shipped by our team in Prescott Valley, Arizona.
When will my order ship?
We fulfill orders on business days and work to ship eligible orders received before the daily cutoff the same day. Carrier scans and delivery estimates can update after pickup.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Tracking is sent electronically after fulfillment and is also available through supported customer-account and Shop tracking experiences.
Do you ship internationally?
International availability and pricing are shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for destination-country duties, taxes, customs processing and related delays.

What condition must a return be in?
Returned merchandise must be new, unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and free of stains, odors, hair or other signs of use.
How do I begin a return?
Use the return option in your customer account when available, or contact the Vulcinity team with your order number for instructions.
Can I exchange an item?
Contact us with your order details. Availability can change, so exchange options depend on current inventory.

How do I choose a size?
Review the fit note and measurements on the product page, then use our Fit & Size Guide. Fit varies by brand and product line.
Will sold-out products return?
Some products are limited releases, while core styles may be restocked. Use a back-in-stock signup when offered for the most reliable notification.
Do colors look exactly the same in person?
We use accurate product imagery, but display settings and production variations can cause slight differences in color.
