    • What are your business hours (in-store/online)? We are online 24/7!
    • Where are you located/do you ship from? We ship all of our products from beautiful Prescott Valley, Arizona, USA.
    • How can I contact you (phone, email, chat)? Our customer service can be reached via email at sales@vulcinity.com
  • Questions About Shipping & Delivery:
    • What are your shipping costs and options? All of our shipping costs are calculated based on your location, no packaging fees or anything, just the straight cost of the postage it will take to get the product to you using the method you choose.
    • How long does shipping take? We ship orders every business day, and ship all order each day. If you order before the cutoff of 1:00 PM Arizona time, your order ships the SAME DAY, otherwise it will ship the next business day.
    • Do you offer tracking? Tracking is provided after shipment; it will be sent to you via email and also kept in your user profile if you created one on the website.
    • Do you ship internationally? We do ship internationally, shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please understand that international orders do take longer to arrive, so be patient.
  • Questions About Returns & Exchanges:
    • What is your return/exchange policy (timeframe, conditions)? We do accept all returns as long as the item is returned in new condition, if you are considering a return, do not remove tags or wear the shirt while you decide. Return the item as new and a full refund will be issued. 
    • How do I start a return? If you have created a customer account, your return can be started there. If you do not have an account, you can reach out to us, and we will do a manual return.
    • Do you offer refunds or store credit? Returns are typically done with a full refund, if you would like a store credit or an alternate item shipped out, please reach out to us and we can make that happen!
  • Questions About Products & Ordering:
    • What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major payment methods, including Credit Card, PayPal, Amazon Payment, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and many others!
    • How do I choose the right size/fit? Our items fit true to size, unless stated otherwise. We do have some items that are relaxed fit or oversized, but these will be stated in the descriptions. Read the bullet points and descriptions to make sure you know what you are purchasing.
    • What if my item is out of stock? Alot of our items are limited drops and will not be re-stocked. However, some of our items we keep in stock year-round and year after year, feel free to reach out to us at any time to see if we will be getting more of an item that you are interested in!
